The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (District) recognizes the Bay Area Air Quality Management District Employees’ Association, Inc. (EA) as the representative of the employees in the Technical/General representation unit and the Professional Employees’ representation unit for all matters of employer-employee relations.

Memorandum of Understanding

The MOU covers rights and obligations, grievance and disciplinary procedures, fringe benefits, salaries, and other employer-employee relations between Bay Area Air Quality Management District And Bay Area Air Quality Management District Employees’ Association, Inc.

Requirements and procedures of the Employees’ Association, including governance, membership, officers, dues and assessments, rules of order, voting, finances, and committees are set forth in the EA’s Constitution & By-Laws,
